Asus ROG Phone 3: Design & Display
Talking about Design, ROG Phone 3 doesn’t get any major changes from its predecessor. The device is having tiny bezels at Top and Bottom for better Gaming Experience and dual front-firing 7-Magnet Stereo speakers. Rear Panel of the device is also Looks same with RGB-lit ROG logo but the difference here is, ROG Phone 3 comes with Triple Rear Camera set-up.
Talking about Display, Asus ROG Phone 3 features 6.59-inch Full HD+ AMOLED Display with 144Hz/1ms Screen Refresh rate and 270Hz Touch sampling Rate, which is an upgrade over 120HZ/240Hz one the ROG Phone 2. The Display comes with HDR10+ Support, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 113% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, Delta-E<1 colour accuracy and up to 1000nits of Peak brightness.
Asus ROG Phone 3: Hardware & Software
Talking about Hardware, Asus ROG Phone 3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ 5G Soc coupled with Up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 Onboard Storage, which doesn’t support expansion through a microSD Card. With this Hardware, Asus ROG Phone 3 can definitely deliver the ultimate overall performance.
Talking about the Cooling system, ROG Phone 3 comes with 3rd-gen Gamecool System which has a redesigned copper 3D vapor chamber, a large graphite film behind the screen to maximize heat transfer and 6x larger heat sink. According to brand, the thermal system will help in keeping the temperature in check so ROG Phone 3 easily sustain peak performance during heavy gaming sessions.
Talking about Software, Asus ROG Phone 3 runs on ROG UI based on Android 10. The device is also having Enhanced X-mode, Armoury crate and GameGenie for better Gaming Experience.
