So, In terms of Display, Oneplus 8t seems better but at the same time, Mi 10t Pro is not so far with the Adaptive refresh rate technology and 144Hz Screen refresh rate.

Talking about Hardware, Both the smartphones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Soc Coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of Built-in Storage. However, Oneplus 8t uses LPDDR4x RAM Compared to faster LPDDR5 RAM Found on the Mi 10t Pro. also we get more RAM and Storage options with the Oneplus 8t.
Coming to Software, Mi 10t Pro runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 and Oneplus 8t runs on OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11.
